At Last! – A System That I Can Whole-Heartedly Recommend
By Chris • Jun 18th, 2009 • Category: Betting System Reviews, Featured, Gambling Products For Sale On ClickbankAbout 2 weeks ago, I received an email from a gentleman who has been following my various tipping services and blog posts for some time. He mentioned that he agreed with my views on compounding and felt that he could trust me to provide an honest review of his football betting strategy called ‘The ProSoccer Investment File‘.
The author – Michael Thwaite – has been quietly selling this betting technique from his website for some time now and wanted to know my opinion as to whether he should sell it to a wider audience via ClickBank.
What immediately struck me with both Michael and his website was how open and honest he is; and lacking in the hysterical hype that now seems to be the standard feature of any betting-related product launch.
Reading through ‘The ProSoccer investment File‘ it is very clear that Michael and I share the same views as to why most punters never make a success of their betting. Michael nicely summarises these faults under the headings of:
No goals
No set betting pattern
Impatience
Lack of money management
Michael deals with each of these areas in his 26-page pdf manual before getting on to the “meat” of his betting system – which is a laying system for soccer matches.
This is certainly not a system that I have seen before and it uses a statistical approach to select suitable teams to lay (and all at lay odds less than 2.00). As most of you are aware, I am a great fan of using statistics in betting and I cannot fault the approach that has been taken here.
The system is described in excellent step-by-step detail. Indeed, the whole pdf has been put together with a very great deal of thought and care, and is a cut above some of the other hastily thrown together manuals that are selling for large amounts of money.
Michael includes the results of his betting for the period 20th August 2008 – 17th May 2009. All of the results are checkable and I can vouch that they are genuine. In the period covered, Michael grew his bank from £100 to £1617.78. (Latest note: Michael’s website now includes extra bets he placed in June. These bets have further increased his profits)
The system is not being hyped as some sort of “get-rich-quick” scheme – the author emphasises that patience and compounding are important for growing a betting bank.
I shall certainly be using this system in my own betting arsenal at the start of the new football season – and I can whole-heartedly recommend the ProSoccer Investment File to anyone looking for a quality football lay system.
Chris
PS The system is not restricted to UK and European football matches but can be used worldwide. This means that bets are available year-round. Indeed, there is one tonight (Sat 20th june) that I have identified from the system rules and I shall be placing a small lay bet as part of the £100 Betting Bank Challenge.
Latest update (Sun 21st June):
Last night’s lay was successful – the match between Gremio and Goias in the Brazilian league ending in a 2-2 draw.
I have identified another match that meets the system rules for tonight and have already placed a small lay bet. Another successful lay in the Confederation Cup match between Egypt and USA. So that is 2 out of 2 so far – a good start for a system that is living up to its promise.

I’ve taken a look at the website and the author does indeed come across as quite genuine. The large number of losing lays may put some people off, but given that the lays are all less than 2.0, then this is to be expected. What this system does need, though, is a sensible staking / loss retrieval system.
Another positive factor is that the system seems to be applicable to world football matches – which provides significant opportunity.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Did you try it yourself already? Looks interesting and nothing to hide, using correct staking plan will even be better for them results…
“Loss retrieval” – AAARGGGGHHH!!! In my opinion, any system that relies on some sort of loss-retrieval system to make its profits is a failure. Loss retrieval always involves putting your betting bank under increased risk – and my golden rule is to NEVER put your bank under unnecessary risk.
Chris
I haven’t tried this myself – but I will be doing so when the football season gets under way.

Hi Chris
I have bought this product from your link will let you know how I get on
Enjoy the commision !
I am very happy with your Greyhound videos and Horse Racing system which I bought recently
Although a bit more involved I am selecting Horse lays now and getting winners
Keep up the videos great to follow and to learn from
I started with a betting bank of £50 and now it stands at £115.00 after 2 months
I run a bot when I am at work called BF BOT MANAGER and am very pleased with it
Help from the owner Rade is 1st Class http://www.betfairbotmanager.com
Regards Geoffrey Urch
Many thanks for the link for the bot. I’ve edited your link because your original link gave the dreaded “error 404 Page Not Found”
Chris
Hi Chris and thanks
i bought this system just a couple of days ago and what a great start.
It’s already paid for it’s self. So I am very pleased about that.
and the long term profit outlook is brilliant
What I also like is the unique approach it uses in picking the selections
it’s so easy to use and takes just seconds really once you know what your looking for.
I also am very pleased with the sound staking advice in the manual as well. Not the usual Bs
So thanks to you again Chris for recommending this product and also to Micheal for creating such an excellent system which I hope to use for many years to come.
Yes, ProSoccer Investment File has got off to a great start. I am surprised by how much football is actually played around the world and throughout the year – the summer months of June, July and August included when our own football season is taking a break before the Autumn.
I always feel that it is good sign of the quality of a system if you can quickly recoup the cost of the product.
I must admit that I get quite annoyed when I see over-hyped systems like Betfair Horse Power doing so well on ClickBank whereas a quality product like ProSoccer Investment File sells only about a 1/10 as many copies. But it is, of course, because so many punters who are taken in by the hype and buy the lower quality stuff that it keeps being churned out by the “Stephen Brookes” of this world.
Chris
Hi Chris, just found you this morning after i googled betfair horse power, after watching your video i’m now going to seek your and your other members advice.
I have just become un-employed and for the first time can look more astutely into my love of gambling.
Now i get e-mails about systems all the time and have taken up a three week trial on a laying system not doing to well but it’s my first and it’s free for three weeks,
Other than the football system your talking about is there any other systems you or fellow members can recommend i take a look at before i part with my dole money, many tnamks, Gassygreg
Hi Gassygreg
Sorry to hear that you’ve just become unemployed. My first word of advice would be that you need to ensure that you stick to the rule “Only bet with money that you can afford to lose”.
It is very easy when you are short of cash (and we’ve all been in that position at one time or another) to think that betting will be an easy way to make money to pay the bills, etc. It isn’t. What is certainly true is that if you are using money that you can ill-afford to lose, then ‘emotion’ starts taking control of your betting strategy.
I have seen people dig themselves into a financial mess because they thought they could recoup losses by increasing stakes following an unsuccessful bet. So you need to ensure that you have a betting bank you can afford to lose if it all goes wrong – plus a betting strategy that does not rely on ‘loss-recovery’ to make money.
I would recommend that you look at the Logical Lay System which is proving profitable over the long-term. There was a small run of unsuccessful lays earlier this month but the system is now producing results like in did in April and May.
Provided you view your betting as a long-term activity and are not looking to live off the money that you make, then you should do OK.
Chris
Hi again Chris,
have taken on board all the advice you have given me over the last couple of weeks, my lovely partner sat through you video about your logical lay system and told me to sort out the betting bank and join so will be doing that in the very near future hopefully later today. Do you know or have you come across any of the systems from http://www.ultimategamblingsystem.co.uk site. your advice regarding tweaking a system has got lots of merits and i’m delving into past results to see if my theory brings a profit. Many Thanks, Greg
I have seen the UGS site before. My only comment would be that if the bot works so well, why are there not numerous videos on the site showing its performance over time. If I can produce videos showing real bets made with a real Betfair account (and I am honest in showing the successful bets as well as the unsuccessful ones), then why do other system-sellers not do the same?
Chris
