Bookie Robbery Review

Bookie Robbery is the latest product that is being hyped as an almost certain method of making money from Betfair and bookmakers.

Latest news:

Bookie Robbery have just posted some ‘Solid proof’ on their website that you can view by clicking here:

Solid proof that Bookie Robbery works (so they claim)

As I’ve pointed out in the recent emails I’ve sent out regarding Bookie Robbery, I am not endorsing it in any way; I have not seen or used the product; and I have no idea if the claims made on the sales page are genuine or not.

This honesty – and my pointing out that any purchases of Bookie Robbery will earn me money via my affiliate link – has upset one or two people (but far less than the number of people who have already bought Bookie Robbery via my link!)

As I have pointed out to one emailer, I do not run my services, websites and blog and produce videos just for the fun of it. Like every other betting website owner, my aim is to make money for the effort that I put into creating valuable information that you can use to make money.

I take pride in producing honest information and providing far more proof than just about any other tipster or system seller that my systems and techniques work. That is why the emails I sent out about Bookie Robbery did not lie.

I could have written that the system is brilliant (and everyone else promoting the system over the coming weeks will doubtless say that it is even though they probably haven’t seen or tried the product). But I decided to be honest and tell the truth.

Is Bookie Robbery any good?

I haven’t a clue. I might buy a copy and see what it’s all about. After all, the Bingo Bonus Blaster turned out to be not quite as big a load of rubbish as I was expecting. The videos show that I made a profit when I was expecting to lose all my money!

And since then, I have taken advantage of another offer from Ladbroke’s Bingo and I turned £25 into just over £65!

But back to Bookie Robbery…. anyone who has purchased the system is free to post their comments/review of the product here. Let us all know if you’ve had any success using it, or if it is just another over-hyped and poorly thought-out system.

  1. I have not bought it so im wondering if this post will be deleted ?What a rags to riches story – im curious -looks like a buy and sell trade system using very big prices and movements to make the profit. Some call at those prices –if you get it wrong then its very wrong and right then its hunky dory.
I looked at the video of John Malcolm and i dont buy it.Starting bank of £1 ?? he had 3 trades and the difference between the OP(OPENING PRICE) AND CP(CLOSING PRICE) WAS 17 X £20 = £340 which was the profit on his first trade.
How can this be if his starting bank was just £1— he never spoke once about the trades -nothing.
I am curious but my own knowledge of systems and betting says this is very dubious indeed.
    Anyone else like to comment?
    Regards
    Noel

  2. I loved getting your e-mail Chris it really made me laugh. Sorry for you | didn’t buy it though. Seems trading is the latest gimmick way of making money these trash peddlers are promoting over the past 3 weeks we’ve had Recession beater a spread betting method, very high risk. Then theres been Betfair Blueprint another trading and laying method and now of course this latest piece of tired tatt Bookie Robbery If there methods were as good as there advertising we’d all be very rich indeed

  3. One of the things I have learnt over the past 3 years of running my websites is that you simply cannot predict how the market works. Originally, I thought that the trash peddlars must be having a hard time making money – but my view is now the complete opposite: It’s a licence to print money!

I would say that something like 90% of all punters fall into the ‘Butterfly’ category – that is, they flit from system-to-tipster-to-system as something new catches their eye. Anyone running services like mine will tell you that they have a huge ‘churn rate’ of members. You always need to be coming up with something new to keep people’s interest. The real money is to be made from servicing the needs of the 90% of Butterfly bettors rather than the 10% of serious punters (although I do try to provide excellent quality information and services for serious punters).

This is where the Clickbank system sellers have got the market sussed. They come out with a new system every couple of weeks, and sell maybe 1000 copies. Using affiliates, they earn about £18 per copy, so they rake in about £18,000. That more than covers the cost of getting the system written plus website & copy design. Do that 20 times each year and I think you can appreciate that they can make a very comfortable living!

I am in the position of trying to satisfy both markets. My websites and services aim to give quality information that will make you money. I also make money from Betfair and that is why my quality of proof is much higher than the trash peddlars.

But equally, I want a share of the easy money to be made from selling the Clickbank products. However much you may think they are rubbish, people DO buy them – in quite large quantities.

I have been quite surprised by how many people have bought Bookie Robbery just by my sending out 2 emails telling people honestly that I hadn’t a clue if the product was any good or not!

  4. I purchased Bookie Robbery a couple of days ago and have to say that the system may have merit. This is a trading system but not in horse or greyhound racing nor in football. The system “exploits” a statistical fact in the sport’s markets which can be verified on independent websites.

The substantial profits to £1 stakes are achieved by spread betting but the system author does caution about the risks of spread betting and suggests newbies paper trade to gain confidence etc without risk. He also provides links to various spread betting sites where you can paper trade within the site, automatically calculate potential wins/losses etc.

The system will also work on Betfair and bookmaker sites although the returns are likely to be lower. I am going to paper trade for a couple of weeks and will happily post my experience on this blog.

And before you ask, NO I have nothing to do with Bookie Robbery and am not an affiliate etc.

    Cheers
    Byanose

  5. Thanks for the honest review. From what I have seen elsewhere, the system trades on tennis matches. Do keep us informed as to how your paper trading goes because I’m sure that everyone will be interested. I might even buy a copy myself (via my link of course to save money!) and give it a good look at. Could be something I can produce a video about in the future.

    Chris

  6. Yes, I can confirm that Bookie Robbery uses the professional tennis markets

  7. Byanose so it is a scam or not? It is a trading or not? It is a backin/laying or not? Thanks.

  8. Baks

Look at my first post – BR is trading in the tennis markets by spread betting although according to the author, the selection system will work to fixed odds with online bookmakers or betfair.

I haven’t started to trial yet, so I really can’t say whether BR is a scam.

  9. I’ve bought Bookie Robbery and am paper trading against the current French Open. A good understanding of spread betting is essential in order to get the most from the system – as S/betting will, generally, provide higher profits than fixed odds betting. Given that there can be the occasional “bad” day ( as in all systems), then this additional profit acts as a bank saver. The major downside is that it is an “In Play” system which requires you to watch (a wait) whilst a substantial part of each match is played out live. This does not suit me, as I work full time, but I am (cunningly) looking at ways round it – perhaps multiple trips to the toilet with my iPhone!! I will trade for real during next week’s AEGON Champs at Queens in London.

Too early to be oozing confidence about this system, but i’m confident enough to place real money next week.

    Ciao

  10. Hi
I have purchased bookie robbery and i am not happy, It states step by step I will take you by the hand on the website
but it does not, Just an ebook. Did expect at least a video or two showing how it was done or a one to one but no.
Have asked for help but if I cant implement the system as easily as it states on the website then I will be asking for a refund
Very dissapointed so far but will give Jon the benefit of the doubt and give you all an update in a few days
    Regards Geoff Urch

  11. Sorry to hear that Bookie Robbery isn’t living up to your expectations. I suspect that Jon Close has sold a very large number of copies and is probably snowed under with support requests.

I am now planning to buy my own copy of Bookie Robbery and go through it thoroughly. My aim will be to trial it and see if there are any flaws in the system. I’ll certainly put together one or more videos about my experiences.

    Chris

  12. Hi Chris
I have the ebook and spoken to Chris with my thoughts, I can see the potential in the program but I feel a newbie like myself
needs more as this is not an easy system to Impement, If Jon did a couple of good tutorial videos i feel the system would be briliant .
Jon has got back quickly to my emails though and said he will think about the videos
To someone more experienced, this will probably be a good system
    Regards Geoff

  13. I have now bought the ebook and gone through it. I agree that the system does have some merit, although I would have liked to have seen far more proof of the long-term reliability of the techniques that are being used to make selections.

I have produced a video and will be getting this uploaded in the next day or so.

Rather than use the spread-betting websitesas recommended in the manual, I have started to make bets as part of the £100 Betting Bank challenge. My first bet today was successful – which is a good start.

    Chris

  14. Hi Chris
So how did you bet ?
I love listening and watching your videos so perhaps you could show us a video of you using this method
I will be buying your greyhound system soon
    Regards Geoff Urch

  15. For the time being, I am just backing players on Betfair as determined by the “rules” of Bookie Robbery. The profits are not big, and this is why the Bookie Robbery manual emphasises using spread-betting. You can certainly make a bigger profit – but you are also exposed to a bigger risk.

All will be a bit clearer when you see the videos. I am of course having to be careful not to reveal the actual betting technique that is contained in Bookie Robbery!
