		<description>Interesting. Proves how important discipline is and that, even when you know it, how easy it is for lapses in discipline to occur. I&#039;ve had one of those &quot;days from hell&quot; that Paul had. I guess any and all gamblers have (or, shudder, will have). Mine still hurts, but I guess the danger arises again if/when it stops hurting. 

&quot;Slow but sure&quot; is a good motto in this game, and importantly (if carried out properly) it doesn&#039;t lead to sleepless nights!</description>
